Andrew Nealon: Head Coach  

Andrew has been working at Dukes wood tennis club as Head Coach for the past 5 years in conjunction with Wycombe Abbey girls school. Andrew is a  CCA (Club Coach Award) LTA licensed coach and a member of the British Tennis Coaches Association. Andrew's tennis coaching experience stretches 8 years where he was a coach at the Vanderbilt club and Hampton tennis academy. Before becoming a coach Andrew was coached by ex South African Davis Cup player Gordon Birt.    

Lauren Larner: Assistant Coach          

Lauren started playing tennis at the early age of 4 and represented her county (Middlesex) from 6 years of age. Lauren then went on to play many high profile tournaments. After finishing scholl. Lauren opted to pursue part time employment as an assistant tennis coach, while attending a tennis school for 3 years.

In 2001 Lauren joined Dukeswood LTC. Lauren is the Junior co-ordinator. The role involves organising junior events, arranging social evetns, junior matches and coaching the performance squads. Lauren is a CCA (Club Coach Award) LTA licence coach and a National member of the BTCA (British Tennis Coaches Association). Lauren's tennis coaching experience stretches 10 years where she was a coach at West Middlesex LTC H.A.T academy, Uxbridge LTC and Queens Club London. Before becoming a coach, Lauren used to train with British No. 1 Anne Keothavong.
