Directions to Hockey Pitches

Beaconsfield High School

The astroturf pitch is just a couple of minutes from the M40. Take M40 (J2) to A40 (Beaconsfield Junction). After ½ mile you come to a large roundabout. Turn left onto London Rd towards Beaconsfield. At the next mini-roundabout take the first exit along London End. After ¼ mile you come to another small roundabout next to the church. Turn right into Aylesbury Market. 300 metres up this road, turn left into Wattleton Road. The astroturf is on the right hand side (about 500 metres) in the grounds of Beaconsfield High School (BHS).

From the M25

Turn off at J16 onto the M40 towards London. After ½ mile turn off left. At the traffic lights, turn left. You immediately come to a mini roundabout on the A40. Turn left towards Gerrards Cross. Follow signs as "From London" below.

From London

Take A40 towards Gerrards Cross. As you enter Gerrards Cross you will pass the French Horn pub on your left hand side. Take the second left (just before some white railings) into Dukes Wood Avenue. After 200 m the road bends to the left with a small road going straight ahead. Turn into the small road - Dukes Lane which leads to the club. Note that cars may not be parked on Dukes Lane as this is a residential area.

From Beaconsfield

Take A40 towards Gerrards Cross past the BP garage on your left. At the traffic lights go straight ahead past St James Church on your right. After 400 m there are some white railings on your right. Directly after these railings turn right into Dukes Wood Avenue. After 200 m the road bends to the left with a small road going straight ahead. Turn into the small road - Dukes Lane which leads to the club. Note that cars may not be parked on Dukes Lane as this is a residential area.
